Global Markets Part II: Europe and North America
The U.S. may currently be the largest market, but across the globe countries are prioritizing energy storage systems as critical to grid reliability, flexibility, and affordable electric delivery.
Throughout Europe, ESA’s partner organization EASE (European Alliance for the Storage of Energy) is leading the way for opening new markets and creating a pathway forward for the energy storage industry. Countries across Europe are creating new markets for energy storage - from the UK’s milestones EFR procurements to Germany’s continued success in advancing storage systems, and everywhere inbetween.
This session will bring together decision makers from across the EU to discuss the market opportunities that are available and how they will continue to evolve in the coming months and years. Participants will be provided a panoptic perspective on the future of storage in Europe, and specific focal points for development of successful bids and projects in European markets.
