Jeanne Fox

New Jersey Public Utilities Commission

Jeanne M. Fox is an Adjunct Professor at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School, at Rutgers University and at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. She served as a Commissioner of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU) from January 2002 until September 2014 and was its President and a member of the Governor’s cabinet from January 2002 to January 2010. The NJBPU has regulatory jurisdiction over telephone, electric, gas, water, wastewater and cable television companies and works to ensure that consumers have proper service at reasonable rates. Jeanne graduated cum laude from Douglass College, Rutgers University and received a Juris Doctor from the Rutgers University School of Law- Camden.
